3. Payment

Currently, we have a cash on delivery system. So please pay the staff who delivers your order and all would be sorted.

4. Estimated delivery time

Normally, an order that's been made before 23:00 would be delivered before 12:00 on the next day. However, if there are circumstances like terrible weather, traffic control, or the overload of orders because of major festivals or holidays, the estimated delivery time might vary.

5. Shipping fee policy

As for now, we are providing free shipping for all orders over 300 RMB. However, we have to charge 50 RMB for orders less than 300 RMB in total amount. So it is a good way to ask your friends to share the order with you and get free delivery.

6. Return policy

If you have any problems or dissatisfaction with your purchase, please contact the consumer service team in your city immediate. We have a non-quibble return policy for 24 hours starting from the acceptance of the delivery. We also recommend our customers to open the boxes for examination, and you can always refuse to sign for it if there's any unqualified products in the box.
